Step 1: First, manufacturers must fill out the prescribed form and submit it through the Haryana Enterprise Promotion Centre's online portal, along with fees and relevant documents. Along with applying for CTE, one must also submit performance security.
Step 2: Once submitted through the online portal, the application and related documentation are reviewed as per the Haryana Pollution Control Board's requirements.
Step 3: After the authorities have reviewed the application, an official will visit the site for a field inspection. Based on this, the inspection report is created. Field inspection is only required when the manufacturer applies for Consent to Operate.
Step 4: Furthermore, the report is inspected. If the inspection report for the operation of the industry meets the standards established, the applicant is issued a consent certificate.
